i was participating on a "back to nature" fashion styling competition,
the theme was sporty.
and yes,it was not that easy,as you all might know sporty is not in my genes.

i ended up not winning,but competitions is not always about being the winner,its about building your confident and being able to accomplish the task. ;)

after all,it such an experience!

i know,it's kindda friggin me lately

i just got the new necklace from diva a couple of days ago.
it was pretty right?
and i also worn my sunglasses that i bought from glebe market 2 weeks ago.
it was gaga inspired!!
and how i miss wearing my platform heels.
too bad,i had to walk alot here,i can't wear them walking 5-10 blocks!

anyway,i tried to wear my boots on my first day of work,
it wasn't that tall,maybe 5cm tall,but trust me.
it was killing me!!!!!!!!
so i decided to buy a sneakers today.
believe it or not,it's my second pair of sneakers (excluding my school shoes) that i had in my life,since the first converse i bought was thrown to the bin,after i wore it to my school outbond,and walked along the slippery mud.

g'day from oz!
i just arrived here yesterday,it was 7 degrees right when i landed.and it was horrible how my luggage were being cargo-ed.when all my clothes and warm clothes were in there!!so the cargo better be fast or i'll die in the cold and in fashion crisis!
and all i put on was only a t-shirt and a legging.though i brought my sweater.
so today i went to the city and i was so happy that i wore the right outfit.i double layered my legging and wore double layered top.boo yahh!!!haha.though it wasn't so cold today.

i was too excited to wear my new heels.
and so i wore it that day,but i had to take a bus,and the bus was full so i had to stand.

faux fur

bought the fabric this afternoon,and it took me 5 hours to finish all this.ahh,it feels good to sew again,i miss it. :D
i was thinking of and inspired by something warm in the cool,rainy days lately.so i made a trench coat with the faux fur fabric.it has a print,but since its a drak colour,u cant really see it.

if u see me getting much fatter these few months,i just want u to know,its just because im happy.

ive been enjoying life,school,works,and things around me lately.

school was tiring but i find myself really in my element,i just dont wanna fall sick,so i eat alot.

and i do find myself looks better with chubier cheek and fitter body and fat on my bones.but too bad,i really am not a big fan of gym and work outs,so it doesnt turn out to be a muscle.

people around me starts to complain,and tell me to go on a diet.

please,i just dont wanna worry too much about my weight,

i just wanna be healty,fit and looks more freshed.that's all!!

u see that ring?i looks similar as mine before when i wore it with my houndstooth trench coat.but it was smaller,now its bold and big.it was peach pink colour.now its a washed jeans colour.

really,i cannot and must not loose this ring,i lost my ring for baout 3 times????uugghh!stop being clumsy!

so how do u like it?what do u think of this coat?tell me ur mind,please :)

yes,yesterday,sunday,15november2009 i went to jakarta fashion week to see lennor by lenny agustin's show.it was fabulous,the collection was very colourful,fun,eyecatching and definitely quirky!it was worth to watch.here's some of the pictures.enjoy!

omg,finally this thing works,i can upload photos.sorry for the late post, i somehow the font and stuffs tab just disappear,but its back now :D and ive been really hectic with my 1st semester finals.time goes really fast!
here's the new top i made couple of days ago.a v-neck top with circular flounces(frill) on the neckline.i made it in 2 prints of fabric.the colourful one and the one with dark colours.
if ure interested,u can find it in kemang festival,im gonna be selling it there!!be there okay!

so sorry for the late post.i've really busy with assignments and finals are coming up in about 2 weeks.

saturday was the URBIE competition,

me and my team, adinda and corrina went to jatiwaringin to participate on the newspaper costume competition.

this creation is very much inspired by queen elisabeth on th early manerist renaissance era.

when she used to wear neckruffs alot.and it was a trend.

the fashion we have today is what comes around from the past.
(and so now we know how fashion history is really important!it can be an extraordinary inspiration!)

corrina did pretty great walking the runway!

we won first place!and got 1,5million rupiah voucher to shop.

okay,so here's the picture i took about a month ago.

i made my fashion concept class portfolio cover,by quilted leather.very much inspired by chanel.

it took alot of patient to make it,so no wonder,if chanel's bag would cost alot! ;)

and if u notice the rose ring i wore there,i lost it now.it's so sad.would anyone mind to give me another one?

i wore it with my houndstooth jii trench coat.a tailored trousers.and my c&k leopard wedges.

last friday i had my class cancelled.and so i went hanging out with my high school friends.
and as we,indonesian,are celebrating the batik day.how the UNESCO declared batik as the heritage.
i wore my jii by gloria agatha dress and my new baby docmart,with a little touch of batik on the neckline.

the batik was made into a rounded flower,with various prints.

so did u wore ur batik?

i know it's holiday,but i'm packed up with homeworks.the unfinished ones and the new ones.

a sneak peek,what's on my pencil case?

here's my working space. i got it into my room about 2weeks ago.
and i'm gonna and already spent most of my time here.
sewing,drawing,colouring,reading,thinking.

when i was tidying my room on monday,i found my drawings.

the 1st one,i drew it in primary school.awfull huh?

the 2nd one,i drew it in high school.about year11.

yeah,i haven't got time to make another piece of clothes.

i was busy doing my upcoming project!

it is done,but i still got to keep it until the final day comes,so wait for it to see what it is!

waking up on saturday morning,knowing it's holiday feels so good.since college,i oftenly had my make up class on saturdays.and so this morning i woke up and made a big breakfast for my whole family.and so i baked those small potatoes,and fried bacons,with scramble eggs,then a chili sauce on top.yumm!it was nice.

then i got back doing my other assignment homework which i consider much like what i do on my spare times.
so the task is i have to make 5 sketches of a full body picture and colour it.
as you know,the first one on the previous post.
this is the second one!

i drew from an advertisment of a brand called H-I-G-H.isnt it just a sweet collection.

i wasn't going anywhere.but it has been a while since i do this.dressing up and taking (narcism) picture.

okay,i had my history quiz yesterday.and i'm not so good in history since in school.but anyway i gotta go through it.while being very hectic with studying for quiz,i made this dress!it's a batik,but it got no prints in a deep blue colour.
i put on those ropes.as u see in the picture,the white ones,it is a braid ropes.

if u notice,on the hem line.the back is actually longer then the front.of course i did it on purpose!haha

the clutch,i made it a couple of months ago,from the left over fabric.

wearing : my new jii by gloria agatha dress,a goldheart necklace from mommy,grey socks,a pair of my camel c&k heels and my jii by gloria agatha handmade clutch.

and finally,the holiday is here!have a great nice holiday everyone!

I went to my friend's wedding todayy.and I wore my gold jersey one shoulder dress.which I got as a gift on my 17th birthday last year.and did the hairdo myself!

i do consider today as a gloomy day.it rained last night,and cloudy from this morning,(but i actually likes it better).and as you know,we had an earthquake at 2.55 pm,i was in bed,just woke up from my nap.
i had my morning class,and last night i decided to wear my long jacket,but i changed my mind in the morning,and gonna save my trench coat for other days.

the first picture (left) is the muslin bag which i bought for cheap and plain, i drew on it this evening.inspired by belle on earth.

i have wanted to paint or draw on a clothes or bag or anything from fabric.but i don't know what paint should i use.anybody got an idea??of course a paint that can be washed without losing it.

the second picture (right) is my sister handmade lamp,from her interior business.if you're interested,it is customized.

my day is tiring,but nice.
